Hear George Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” premiered…again. The Matt Catingub JazzPops Orchestra is set to perform the first new arrangement of Gershwin’s iconic work since the original dance band version of 1924 and the ensuing orchestral arrangement of 1942. Arranged by Matt Catingub, this rendition will feature pianist Ian Parker and Jens Lindemann on piccolo trumpet. This concert will also feature music of Duke Ellington, Oscar Peterson, Nat King Cole and more.
