The Summerlin Library’s Chalk It Up! Music & Art Festival is set to feature colorful, and multidimensional works of art from numerous local street artists. Other festivities include music, dancing performers, face painting, balloon artists, caricaturists, hands-on crafting for adults and kids, a shadow puppet show, tarot reader, palm reader, and a fan-favorite chalk art awards ceremony.
