Go through the collage process with Office of Collecting & Design curator, Jessica. The Office of Collecting and Design’s curator, Jessica Oreck, continues her multi-year epistolary collage practice with this hands-on workshop. After a brief history of collage, Jessica will talk you through testing of blades and cutting techniques as well as various glues and adhesives. Once you’re comfortable, we’ll dig into Jessica’s extensive personal collection of vintage paper ephemera to create your own set of collage postcards. In this workshop we will specifically be focusing on the forms and distortions of bodies and faces.
