Originally from northern Mexico, Blanca Roa has been creating paintings for as long as she can remember. Since childhood, she has used painting as a way to communicate; her paint strokes on canvas were her method of expression. Roa’s art takes the viewer through a journey of her life: a look back at her existence traveling through time in full color, documenting stories and her career of more than 35 years. On exhibit through October 31.
