Blake Aaron draws on a lifetime of diverse musical influences to create a masterful fusion of jazz, R&B, soul, rock, blues and Latin sounds. Aaron launched his career as an L.A. studio musician and sideman and has recorded and/ or performed with an incredible array of jazz, pop and R&B artists.
A Seattle native, Jeff Kashiwa became known as one of the most compelling young saxophonists in contemporary jazz. Kashiwa performed hundreds of shows all over the world and appeared on many of the band’s classic recordings.
Blake Aaron and Jeff Kashiwa perform as part of the Jazz in the Park series. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis for those with picnic baskets, blankets, and low-back chairs. Admission and parking are free, but tickets are required for entry, and the event is smoke and vape-free.
