Pasta & Puccini is a mini-gala benefitting Opera Las Vegas, featuring Chef Gio Mauro’s libations and food along with a program of popular opera selections curated by Maestro Joshua Horsch from some of the top titles on the “Opera Hit Parade:” Madama Butterfly, Turandot, Tosca, and of course, La bohème. The menu features house-made traditional pasta, assorted grilled meats, antipasti, fine Italian salumi and formaggi, and the Valley’s best cannoli.
