The Makaha Sons, one of the premiere Hawaiian musical groups, led by founding member Jerome Koko, have released 22 CDs, are recipients of numerous Na Hoku Hanohano awards including the Lifetime Achievement Award, and they are inductees of the Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame. They have performed at Carnegie Hall in New York, on NBC’s Today Show, and for past presidents and vice presidents of the United States. The Mother’s Day concert is presented by Island eNVy.
