A team of chefs, including Chef Roy, his wife Chef Jennifer Murphy, their son Tayden Poha-Ellamar, and Roy’s sister Carly Ellamar, will host a multi-course family-style dinner a Fine Company. The meal will feature dishes from various cuisines, including appetizers like shrimp aguachile and poke, followed by main courses such as whole trout, braised brisket, and pork belly lechon. Desserts will be provided by Carly Ellamar’s cottage bakery and Roy’s mother Pauline, known for her banana bread. An optional beverage package with cocktails and wines will also be available.
