Don’t miss this chance to sample the best of Las Vegas’ high school musical theater talent. The Smith Center will present the Nevada High School Musical Theater Awards recognizing nominees for Outstanding Lead Actor and Actress from this year’s high school musical theater productions as well as students and ensemble casts in 14 different award categories. Select nominees will perform, four school ensembles will present a number from their show, numerous students and schools will take home awards in their nominated categories, and two students will be selected to represent Nevada in the 2024 Jimmy Awards in New York City. More than 20 locals schools will be represented.
