Hokkaido Ramen Festival will take place for three days at Nakata Market Las Vegas featuring regional specialties such as Sapporo City Ramen with Solt Ramen (a Las Vegas exclusive flavor), Mase Soba (brothless), Creamy Tonkotsu, and Wagyu Beef. Kaisen-don fresh seafood bowls including sea urchin, salmon roe, and scallop butter corn will also be available. Prices range from $8 to $100 each with most ramen bowls in the $20 range.
