Join The Mob Museum to mark the Museumโs 12th anniversary with a free day for Nevada residents. Non-residents will receive buy-one, get-one admission.
โTo commemorate the anniversary, step back in time with an exclusive showcase of the two Thompson submachine guns that were used in the infamous St. Valentineโs Day Massacre on February 14, 1929. That Valentineโs Day, seven members and associates of the North Side bootlegging gang were lined up against a wall and shot to death by assassins believed to have been hired by Al Capone. These historic firearms will be on display for all to see.
Donโt miss the opportunity to engage with members of the Berrien County, Michigan, Sheriffโs Department, where the firearms currently reside. Theyโll be on hand to share insights, discuss the historical significance of the firearms and answer any questions guests may have.
โIn addition, other St. Valentineโs Day Massacre-related artifacts from our extensive collection will be accessible, providing a captivating glimpse into this pivotal moment in history.
