The new NBT Dance Lab series is dedicated to connecting audiences with today’s artists and their creative process. Each year Nevada Ballet Theatre will commission a select group of choreographers from across the nation to develop new works for NBT’s company artists. These choreographers will work in tandem with composers who will craft original scores for their pieces. Together these creative forces — visionary, musician, dancers — will bring a new work to you through this innovative dance laboratory in the intimate studio theater space.
