Sally Denton is an acclaimed investigative reporter and historian. She is the author of nine books, including the true crime best-seller, The Bluegrass Conspiracy, and is co-author of the Las Vegas classic, The Money and the Power. Throughout her historical works, she turns a reporter’s eye toward often-overlooked details about the events and people that have shaped our world.

She has received the Guggenheim Fellowship, her book The Profiteers: Bechtel and the Men Who Built the World won “Best Investigative Book” from Investigative Reporters and Editors (IRE), and her books have received numerous “Editors’ Choice” and “Notable Book” mentions by the New York Times.
