Spiritual Awakening is a series of acrylic paintings created by JonteTheArtist exploring spirituality in depth. JonteTheArtist uses a signature style of texture, light, and color to bring an intensity and joy to these representations of the spiritual world; and aims to infuse viewers with a feeling of positivity and an increased sense of spiritual awareness.
The paintings on display are inspired by the artist’s desire to honor representations of a higher consciousness. “I believe that as humans, it is our purpose to make the world a better place through our own particular gifts and it is my hope that the artworks shown will be able to do so. The works featured in this exhibit are meant to showcase the different portrayals of spirituality that one can find.”
