Meet live animals from South America thanks to Petting Zoo 2 U. This event is designed for kids ages 5-11 and their caregivers. Participating Henderson Libraries include Green Valley, Paseo Verde, West Henderson and Gibson. See website for additional dates, times and locations. Animals that may be on hand include the llama, macaw, Patagonia mara, tarantula and the red tailed boa. The animals are kept in a rural setting on a two acre ranch in the southeast end of the Las Vegas Valley.
